Shipping policy

Orders are generally shipped from our distribution centres in Melbourne, New South Wales or South Australia.

Metro Deals is working with three couriers to provide the most efficient delivery service with the most reasonable price and quickest service.

HANDLING TIME

Please allow up to 2 business days for handling time for some products. 1 day extra for Zip Pay and Afterpay orders.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING TO RURAL AREAS WILL INCUR AN ADDITIONAL COST.

Delivery of products can take 3-12 business days to arrive to you based on your location.

Note: As advised by out 3rd Party Couriers, please expect delays on your shipments. This is due to Pandemic and current high volumes of parcels that needs to be delivered by the couriers.

Undeliverable Postcodes

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to. Please refer to the list below for more details.

We try our best to include all the undeliverable postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few postcodes that are undeliverable for some SKUs. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Please kindly contact our customer service for more information if you need the item to be delivered to the remote areas to ensure your order could be processed successfully.
